Virginia Women Leading Government (VWLG) is a state organization for women in local government to connect and network in person, offering professional development and training opportunities, mentorship and coaching, and access to resources to help women advance their careers and become effective leaders in local government. 

 

Women Leading Government (WLG) organizations are recognized as part of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) through its SheLeadsGov Network.
