Established in 2023, the SheLeadsGov (SLG) Committee advises the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) on career and networking resources that support, encourage, and prepare future and current women leaders of all backgrounds for professional positions in local government.
The committee is led by two chairs and two vice chairs and is comprised of approximately 25 members from throughout the country.
