Amanda Stanley, CEO and founder of the Artisan Leader, and Kate Means, managing consultant, developed a program for strengthening leadership skills.
Stanley facilitated a half-day session during Virginia Women's Municipal Leadership Institute Cohort 2, as well as the opening and closing sessions for Cohort 3.
